Some important Letters for Microworkers which need for different purpose.

1. As per the conditions, after deposited from buyer a certain amount of money in the microworkers account, we need to activate the PIN of our microworkers account for withdraw money. The message that needs to be sent to microworkers support to activate its PIN is as follows:

Subject: PIN waiver for first time withdrawal

Dear admin I am ……. I need PIN waiver of my account for the first withdrawal. Please find the attachment file for the NID (National Indent card) copy in order to verify my mailing address.

If you need any other proof, please let me know. I will submit it as soon as possible.

2 2. Sometimes we create microworkers account with wrong address or name spelling mistake which is doesn’t match with NID/Passport. For This reason  we need to correction name/address as the same with NID/Passport , below message that needs to be sent to microworkers support to correction name/address .


Subject: I need to correction my name and address.

As per My NID card my name is ……ABC and my address is … XYZ...  But unfortunately when I opened my microworkers account I written  my name  xxxxx  and address  xxxxxx  which is a simple mistake. For proof, I am submitting my NID copy as an attachment.

So, please see my NID which are attached and consider above statement and give me a best solution.

 3. Sometimes when we click any job from our job list showing "Your account has been restricted from doing any jobs. Please contact us to resolve this issue" for fix this problem below message that needs to be sent to microworkers support.


Subject: Please fix Restricted from doing any job.

Dear admin,

I am an active worker of microworkers, recently I faced a problem with my account. I cannot do any jobs.

(Your account has been restricted from doing any jobs. Please contact us to resolve this issue)

For this reason, I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.
